- Supplied of Flat Terracotta Concrete Tile Roof System from Quinn Tiles.
- Fitted new timber structure and Valley Gutter Plywood and Dormer Window Structures before lining with two layers of Paralon Torch on Felt.
- Hip Valleys were lined additionally with lead for aesthetics.
- Dry hipped ridge and apex ridge concrete cappings (Dry Fixed System).
- Fitted new PVC Fascia and Soffit.
